Attic Bahrain

By  |

Habibti Magazines Managing Editor was recently invited to experience dining, full on Greek style at Attic.

Aptly named, Attic is located on the upper floors of the buzzing Block 338 in Adiliya. Attic is a retro Greek kouzina that takes inspiration from all corners of Greece and is designed for sharing.

The restaurant is designed to feel homely, cosy and intimate. The décor is essentially exposed wood beams & wooden accents creating a warm, relaxing yet sophisticated ambience.

Attic is one of the few restaurants that can boast of outdoor seating, and their outdoor terraces create a perfect setting for lunch or dinner during the cooler months, with views over Bahrain.

The ambience of Attic is all about good food, good conversations and good company.   We were very impressed with the service at Attic, which we found to be exceptional all throughout our meal.

However, the real star of the show is the menu itself.
We started with the Peach and Halloumi salad, which was perfectly balanced between sweet and savoury without being too tart.

We were then served the signature Meat Platter, which was incredibly succulent. If meat is not your thing, there are plenty of vegetarian options.

Dessert was by far the prettiest piece of art we’ve seen for a long time, the Mastic Mille-Feuille with strawberry ice cream had us poised with our forks for a while, not wanting to break into the pastry thus spoiling it’s delicate construction.

A hearty meal, with traditional hospitality in a warm ambience – Attic is representing Greek cuisine in perfect form.
